Ramada Encore Haeundae is located outside Exit 3 of Haeundae Subway Station (Busan Line 2) and 250 m from Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal. The popular Haeundae Beach is 500 m from the hotel.

If you don't expect too much for a 3 star accommodation except for its good location,then this is it

Location was great - convenient to metro and the popular beach area, close proximity to large variety of local food and also the traditional market. Room was clean and housekeeping was fast/quick.

Bed - mattress was too worn out and sinks in (room 1309). There was only 2 tea bags and 1 sachet of coffee -- how can this cater to 2 guests in the room?

Cleanliness of the rooms, location and the comfortable beds!

We spent quite a while waiting for the lift because only two lifts go to the upper floors.

Great location with plenty of food options downstairs; short walk to the market and beachfront, including Blue Line Park. You’ll see the hotel when climbing the stairs to the street level from Exit 2 of Haeundae Station.

Pillows were low and soft, and we were told the hotel has no spare pillows when we asked for additional 2.

It was great, location was great. Recommended.

Gym, clean rooms. Front counter staff were friendly, spoke excellent English.

Wow these rooms are quite small, but that’s expected of these hotels.

Discovering Busan

Great location, near to Haeundae subway station, Haeundae beach and local market. But keep in mind that Haeundae is a bit far from some attractions, especially those in Nampo area, so be prepared for 1h in subway to get there. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. And many options around for shopping and dining, so you don't need to pay for the hotel breakfast, so many coffee shops around. No problem with English.

They should improve cleaning, especially bathroom.

The hotel is in a busy area close to beach, a lot of restaurants and easy to reach by bus and subway. Staff very friendly and efficient

Okay, stay.

The location is excellent!

I originally had a double room booked, but it was quite small. The staff were great at letting me change to a twin room. They, unfortunately, turn off the a/c at night, so you have to open the window to cool the room. That’s okay except for the traffic, etc noises. The biggest issue I had was there is a two way mirror in the bathroom, located beside the toilet. It was very strange and discomforting.

We enjoyed our stay very much

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Their English was excellent which was a great help to us. The room was comfortable and we liked the view of the sea.

It would have been good to know that breakfast was not available due to covid19. We found the temperature in the room impossible to change without the intervention of the staff.

Everything was great

Staffs were really nice. We arrived earlier than expected. They were able to check us in early. We were able to take good rests after a long driving from Seoul. Room was neat and comfortable. Loved the mountain view. Good location close to restaurants and to the beach. Would love to come back again!

House keeping amenity wasn’t fully set up but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Staffs were always there to mend the issues.

Was reasonable, clean, and comfy.

The bed was comfy. Newly built and clean.

Too warm for April. You can turn off the heater but can’t run the a/c.
